Automatic inventory

Inventory that keeps itself.

Post a purchase invoice and stock updates on its own — the right item, quantity, rate and warehouse, with valuation recalculated instantly. Every sale and purchase moves inventory automatically, so there are no separate stock journals to remember.

No stock journals Multi-warehouse & batches Live valuation

Real product recording — a purchase invoice posting and stock updating on its own.

What it handles

Stock that moves with every voucher

You enter invoices the way you already do. iAccounting does the inventory bookkeeping behind them — inward, outward, warehouse, batch and value.

Purchase invoice → stock inward

Post the purchase and the inward entry is made for you — item, quantity, rate and warehouse picked straight from the invoice.

Multi-warehouse & batches

Track stock warehouse-wise with batch tracking built in — always know what is where, and which batch it came from.

Reorder-level alerts

Set a reorder level per item and get a low-stock alert the moment it's crossed — reorder before you run out.

Live valuation & summary

Closing stock and item-wise valuation recalculate instantly as vouchers post — the stock summary is always current.

Manufacturing-ready

The same engine runs your factory floor

BOM, WIP and production flows build on the same automatic stock engine — consume raw material, book work-in-progress and receive finished goods without a single manual stock journal. And purchases themselves can be automated too: the AI reads supplier bills and drafts the purchase entry that moves the stock.

  • Bill of Materials with component-level consumption
  • WIP and finished-goods movements posted automatically
  • Purchase bills drafted by AI, stock inward follows

One engine, every movement

  • Purchase invoice → inward at the right warehouse
  • Sales invoice → outward, valuation updated
  • Production → raw material out, finished goods in
  • Reorder level crossed → low-stock alert
  • Questions

    Auto stock — answered

Do I still need to pass stock journals?

No. Every sale and purchase moves inventory automatically — item, quantity, rate and warehouse are picked up from the invoice itself, so there are no separate stock journals to remember.

    Does it support multiple warehouses?

Yes. Stock is tracked warehouse-wise, and batch tracking is built in, so you always know what is where and which batch it belongs to.

Will it warn me when stock runs low?

Yes. Set a reorder level per item and iAccounting raises a low-stock alert the moment an item crosses it.

    How is valuation calculated?

Valuation is recalculated live as every purchase and sale posts, so the stock summary and closing stock value are always current — no end-of-day recompute.

    How much does it cost?

The Windows desktop app is free to download and your first 500 voucher entries are free. After that the licence is a one-time perpetual licence — Solo (single user) or Network (5 seats); contact sales for pricing. See pricing for full details.
