Snap a bill, book the expense.
Photograph any fuel bill or receipt — the AI reads the vendor, GSTIN, date, tax and total, then drafts an expense Payment voucher (debit the expense head, credit cash or bank) ready to review and post. No typing, no lost bills.
Real product recording — a fuel bill scanned and booked as an expense, end to end.
From photo to posted voucher
One photograph carries everything the entry needs. The AI does the reading, the suggesting and the drafting — you keep the final say.
OCR + AI field extraction
The bill is read like an accountant reads it — vendor name, GSTIN, invoice date, tax amounts and total are lifted straight off the photo, even from faded thermal paper.
Correct expense head suggested
Fuel goes to fuel, stationery goes to printing & stationery. The AI picks the right expense ledger from your own chart of accounts and your past entries.
Input GST captured for ITC
The GST on the bill is split out of the total and recorded on the voucher, so the input tax credit is claimed instead of vanishing with the paper.
Works from phone or desktop
Snap the bill at the petrol pump on your phone, or scan a stack at the desk on Windows — every entry lands in the same books, drafted and waiting for review.
From lost paper to posted vouchers
Bills fade, tear and disappear from glove boxes and shirt pockets — and every lost bill is a lost expense and lost input credit. Photograph it once and it becomes a searchable, posted entry with the GST captured, filed under the right head on the right date.
- Every bill becomes a searchable voucher, not a shoebox of paper
- Input GST recorded at entry, so ITC isn't left behind
- Review & post — the AI drafts, you approve
- Month-end has no pile of unbooked receipts
Drafted from one photo
You review the drafted Payment voucher, fix the odd field if needed, and post. The photo stays attached to the entry.
Bill scanning — answered
What bills can it read?
Fuel bills, shop receipts and printed invoices — from a photo or a scan. The OCR plus AI handles crumpled thermal-paper bills, and pulls the vendor, GSTIN, date, tax and total off the image.
Does it capture GST for ITC?
Yes. The input GST is split out of the bill total and recorded on the drafted voucher, so the input tax credit is captured at the moment of entry instead of being lost with the paper.
Do I have to retype anything?
No. The AI drafts the full expense Payment voucher — expense head debited, cash or bank credited. You just review and post, fixing the odd field only if the photo was rough.
Phone or desktop?
Both. Snap the bill on your phone the moment you get it, or scan and upload from the Windows desktop app — either way the entry lands in the same books.
What does it cost?
The app is free for your first 500 voucher entries — no trial clock. The AI bill-read draws from a prepaid wallet, charged on the model you select. After 500 entries the licence is a one-time perpetual licence — Solo (single user) or Network (5 seats); contact sales for pricing. See pricing.
Never type a bill again
