Move from Tally without the pain.
A live two-way connector talks to your existing accounting software over its own gateway. Pull an entire company across — masters, inventory and a full year of vouchers — or push both ways during a transition. Opening balances tie exactly, so switching day is a non-event.
Migration preview
Pull a whole company across in one pass — masters, inventory and a full year of vouchers — over Tally's own gateway. No re-keying, no downtime.
Your whole company, not just a balance
The connector brings your masters, inventory and a full year of transactions across in one pass — everything you need to carry on trading from day one.
Chart of accounts & opening balances
Every ledger and group comes across with its opening balance intact, reconciled to the paisa.
Stock items, units, HSN, batches
Item masters arrive with units of measure, HSN codes and batch details ready to bill against.
Sales, purchase, receipt & payment vouchers
A full financial year of vouchers pulls across — not just closing figures, the transactions behind them.
Party masters with GSTIN & credit terms
Customers and suppliers come across with GSTINs, addresses and credit terms so ageing is correct.
Cost centres & godowns
Cost-centre and godown structures carry over, so location- and department-wise reporting still ties.
Bill-wise outstanding
Bill-by-bill receivables and payables migrate intact, so every party's outstanding matches to the rupee.
Four steps, one unattended pull
No spreadsheets, no re-keying, no downtime — point the connector at Tally and let it do the work.
Connect the connector
Point the iAccounting connector at your running Tally over its own gateway, on the same PC or network.
Choose company & date range
Select the Tally company and the financial-year date range you want to bring across.
Pull in one pass
Pull masters, stock and vouchers together in a single pass — no re-keying and no downtime.
Verify — then keep working
Confirm opening balances tie to ₹0.00, then carry on trading in iAccounting.
Not ready to cut over in one go? Run both.
The connector is two-way. While you build confidence you can keep pushing and pulling between iAccounting and Tally, so both stay in step — then switch fully whenever it suits you. Nothing is one-directional or irreversible.
- Live two-way push / pull during transition
- Run both systems in parallel, no lock-in
- Cut over fully when you're ready
Two-way connector
Tally is a trademark of its respective owner. References are for identification and to describe interoperability; iAccounting is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tally.
Nothing to fear on switching day
Migration is the part people dread — and the part the connector makes boring. Because it reads your live Tally company over the gateway and reconciles to the paisa, there's nothing to type twice and nothing to lose.
- No re-keying — the connector does the pull
- No downtime — Tally keeps running while you move
- Run both in parallel while you build confidence
- Your data stays on your PC — nothing uploaded
Reconciliation result
Any difference is flagged line by line so you know exactly what to check before you rely on the books.
Businesses like Shri Krishna Polymers run their books on iAccounting — GST, inventory, banking and all.
Migrating from Tally — answered
Does it change my Tally data?
No. The connector reads and pulls from your Tally company over its own gateway — it doesn't alter your Tally books. The optional two-way push only runs when you choose to keep both systems in sync during a transition.
How long does it take?
A single company — masters, stock and a full year of vouchers — usually comes across in one pass in minutes. Larger books with many years of history take longer, but it's one unattended pull, not manual re-keying.
What if balances don't tie?
The connector reconciles to the paisa and flags any differences line by line, so you can see exactly what to check before you rely on the books. Opening balances should tie to ₹0.00.
Do I need internet?
Only for the metered AI and GST features. The migration itself runs locally over Tally's gateway, and the desktop app is offline.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Your books stay on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded to our servers to move your Tally company across.
