Is the desktop app really free?

What's the difference between Solo and Network?
Both are one-time perpetual licences with unlimited voucher entries and no renewal. Solo is for a single user on one desktop. Network covers 5 seats — multi-user on your office network plus remote and mobile seats, with the data still living only on your computer.
Is there a renewal or subscription?
No. The licence is a one-time payment — yours forever. Only the optional wallet (AI, GST documents, messaging) is pay-as-you-go.
What's the wallet for, and how is AI charged?
Separate from the licence, the prepaid wallet covers the metered features. AI is billed on the model you select — each request costs that model's actual API price, so you control the spend: pick a lighter model for everyday work, a stronger one when a task needs it. GST documents (e-invoice IRN, e-Way Bill) and messaging (WhatsApp, SMS) are charged per item. You recharge any amount and use it as you go.
Do I pay per company?
No. You can keep unlimited companies on the desktop app at no extra charge — the licence is per installation, not per company.
