Installing it
Android blocks apps from outside the Play Store until you allow it — once, for your browser.
- Tap Download above on your phone. Chrome will ask you to confirm — this is normal for any file that isn't from the Play Store.
- Open the downloaded file from your notification bar, or from Files → Downloads.
- Android will say installing from this source isn't allowed. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, and press back.
- Tap Install. If Play Protect shows a warning, choose Install anyway — it appears for every app not distributed through the Play Store.
- Open iAccounting and connect it to your desktop from Settings → Connect to desktop, or sign in to the cloud edition.
What it's for
A companion to the desktop app, not a replacement — your books stay on your computer.
Scan a bill
Photograph a fuel bill, receipt or supplier invoice. The vendor, GSTIN, date, tax and total are read off it and drafted as an entry for you to approve.
Bill at the counter
Scan a barcode or tap items into a cart, take payment by UPI or cash, print a receipt — and a real sales invoice lands in the books.
Speak the entry
Say it in Hindi, Hinglish or English — "15,000 shop rent cash me diya" — and the correct double-entry voucher is drafted.
Today's numbers
Sales, cash and bank, GST payable and who's overdue — without opening the laptop.
Staff on the road
Salespeople bill and collect from their own phones, against the same books, with the access you give them.
Data stays yours
The app talks to the books on your computer over your own network or a remote link. Nothing is stored on our servers unless you use the cloud edition.
What it asks permission for
Each is requested only when you first use that feature, and refusing one doesn't break the rest.

No contacts, no location, no SMS, no storage access beyond the photos you take in the app.
This app is distributed directly rather than through the Google Play Store, so it does not update itself — check this page for a newer version, or the desktop app will tell you when one is out. Installing an APK requires allowing installation from an unknown source, which is a setting you should turn back off once you're done. The app is a companion to the desktop or cloud edition and is not a standalone accounting system on its own. An iOS version is not available.

Why isn't it on the Play Store?
It isn't published there yet. Until it is, this page is the official source — the file is signed by iAccounting Technologies and its SHA-256 is published above so you can check it.
Is it safe to install?
Download only from this page, over HTTPS, and verify the checksum. Android will warn you regardless — it warns about every app that didn't come from the Play Store, genuine or not. That warning isn't about this file specifically.
Will it update automatically?
No. Outside the Play Store there's no auto-update, so check back here for a new version. The desktop app also flags when a newer mobile build is available.
Does it work without the desktop app?
It needs something to connect to — either the desktop app on your own computer, or the managed cloud edition. It isn't a standalone system.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not at the moment. iOS doesn't allow direct installation the way Android does, so an iPhone build would have to go through the App Store.
What Android version do I need?
Android 5.0 Lollipop or later — which covers effectively every phone still in use. About 20 MB to download, roughly 60 MB installed.
